RAHSIA LIMAU KASTURI

Limau kasturi yang sudah siap dipetik dari pokok, memandangkan banyak faedah yang boleh diperolehi dari limau….so might as well try it. Sebab selama ini pun buah yang dipetik sama ada dijual dan ambil sedikit untuk membasuh ikan…

 

sekadar untuk bacaan sendiri dan sesiapa yang berminat….dan tambahan kepada penggunaan kulit limau kasturi itu..

petua arwah abah untuk menghilangkan bau badan….

kulit limau yang telah diperah airnya untuk dijadikan sambal belachan dihiris nipis-nipis dan digaul terus ke dalam sambal belachan yang telah siap tadi….

Resepi sambal yang simple gunakan limau nipis :-

- Segenggam Chili padi + chili besar (kalau nak kurangkan tahap kepedasan) kalau sesiapa yang kuat pedas- chili besar boleh ditiadakan

- belachan dibakar seketika

- garam secukup rasa

Chili dan belachan ditumbuk hingga lumat, menggunakakan lesung batu dan perahkan air limau kasturi.

Campurkan kulit limau kasturi yg telah dihiris nipis2, perasakan dengan garam…Send a kiss

Limau Kasturi

Perahan jus limau kasturi (Citrus Microcarpa) memang diakui mampu menambahkan keenakan rasa sesetengah minuman dan masakan. Namun keistimewaannya tak terhenti setakat tu aje. Sebenarnya banyak lagi khasiat limau kasturi yang mungkin belum anda ketahui.

Ini kerana bukan hanya jusnya, malah kulit limau kasturi ni pun boleh anda gunakan untuk mengurangkan sesetengah penyakit seperti lelah, sakit tekak dan juga pening kepala. Tak lupa gak, ia dikatakan dapat mengatasi masalah badan berbau.

Bagi memudahkan anda, saya akan senarai khasiat limau kasturi ni satu persatu mengikut kegunaan beserta dengan caranya sekali ya. :)

1. Mengurangkan Lelah

- Ambil sesudu madu. Kalau boleh madu asli. Kemudian, campurkan dengan 5 titik jus limau kasturi.

- Minumlah campuran madu dan jus limau kasturi tadi.

Anda boleh meminumnya pada bila-bila masa walaupun ketika tak mengalami lelah. Tapi cukuplah anda mengamalkan cara ini seminggu sekali.

2. Melegakan Pening Kepala

- Ambil sebiji limau kasturi dan potong sedikit di bahagian atasnya.

- Kemudian, picit kulit limau kasturi tadi sehingga cecairnya keluar. Pastikan anda menghalakan cecair tu ke arah hidung semasa ia terpancut.

Sebagai tambahan, anda juga boleh memakan kulitnya secara mentah. :)

3. Mengatasi Masalah Badan Berbau

- Amalkan selalu memakan kulit limau kasturi secara mentah.

4. Menyembuhkan Sakit Tekak

Biasanya ia digunakan bagi menyembuhkan sakit tekak akibat lendir dan kahak.

- Bagi orang dewasa, anda campurkan jus limau kasturi dengan sedikit lada hitam.

- Kacau campuran tu hingga rata dan minum.

- Jika kanak-kanak pula, anda boleh campurkan jus limau kasturi tu dengan sedikit madu lebah. Tujuan menggantikan lada hitam dengan madu adalah untuk mengelakkan daripada kanak-kanak tu mengalami kepanasan.

5. Menghilangkan Kesan Minyak pada Pakaian

- Perahkan sebiji limau kasturi ke dalam piring.

- Campurkan perahan limau kasturi tadi dengan sedikit garam.

- Kemudian, gosokkan campuran di atas pada bahagian pakaian yang terkena minyak.

- Lepas dah gosok, biarkannya selama 5 hingga 10 minit. Kesan minyak tu akan hilang nanti.

Akhir sekali, barulah anda basuh pakaian tadi bersama dengan pakaian lain macam biasa.
