Homemade pizza....

Assalamualaikum....

Sempena Cuti sempena tahun baru cina yg panjang .....soo antara aktivitinya adalah apalagi merehatkan diri dan juga mencuba resepi2 yg tertangguh sebab2 yg tak dielakkan.....chocolate molten cupcake...sebab gunakan paper cup...gambar x sempat disnap....tak sempat nak ambik da abis masuk mulut the kids....

Pizza campak2 sebab banyak olahan yg dibuat base on baha2 yg ada dalam peti ais shj...

Antara bahan asas yg digunakan my versi adalah: -

Setengah paket instant yeast
Setengah sudu mkn gula
Air suam
Kesemuanya dibancuh biarkan sehingga ia berbuih..

Tepung gandum secukupnya
Garam dan juga
Minyak zaiton

Kesemua bahan digaul sebati dan biarkan sehingga ia naik 2x ganda....

Topping pula dua keping daging burger
Bawang besar & bawang putih di potong kecil
Sedikit mix herbs
Kimbal tradisional spagetti sos
Cendawan butang hiris nipis
Cheddar cheese dan mozarella cheese jika ada..
Yang seeloknya gunakan blok mozarella cheese dan parut sendiri bila nk letak kat pizza...
Kesemuanya dimasak hingga masak...

Tips When Using Cheese on Pizza
Use cold cheese to prevent cheese from over cooking and possibly burning.
Don’t use too much cheese. 4-6 ounces of cheese is an appropriate amount of cheese for a 13″ thin crust or NYC style pizza.
Cheeses to avoid on pizza: processed cheese or oily cheeses such as Velveeta, American cheese and Cheddar or pre-shredded cheese.
Always add hard cheeses after the pizza has cooked to preserve their deliciate flavors. When shredded they will soften quickly with the residual heat from the pizza.

Dan satu lagi guna api panas antara 250 - 250 C...utk membakar pizza selama 8-10 min..
